Beijer Electronics, Juyao Automation showcase smart factory integration at Kaohsiung Automation Show

Invited by our long-term partner Juyao Automation, Beijer Electronics is jointly participating in the 2025 Kaohsiung Industrial Automation Exhibition, officially opening today. The two companies are presenting core smart factory solutions at booth S4021 in the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center. The exhibition runs from May 21 to Saturday, May 24. This joint presence highlights the companies’ deep technical expertise in smart manufacturing and emphasizes the high level of integration between the two brands, bringing innovative digital transformation solutions to the industry.

With years of experience in Taiwan’s industrial automation sector, Juyao Automation specializes in system integration, particularly in PLCs, HMIs, and other automation controllers, widely applied in motor control and precision machinery planning. By teaming up with Beijer Electronics for this exhibition, both parties not only showcase their robust technical foundations but also demonstrate their shared commitment to promoting localized implementation of smart factory solutions.

Beijer Electronics is presenting three core product offerings that deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to the needs of digital factories. WebIQ is a web-based HMI development tool and runtime platform supporting cross-device applications and enabling intuitive, modern user interfaces. The new-generation X3 web series is a smart touch display designed for smart manufacturing as a web kiosk, built-in with Docker technology for powerful performance and flexible system integration. The BoX2 series, an industrial-grade IIoT edge device, bridges OT and IT systems to enhance data integration and visualization, serving as a key enabler of smart factory digital transformation.

As traditional machinery industries face challenges such as labor shortages, companies are accelerating automation transformation. Through industrial IoT applications, they aim to build integrated smart enterprise frameworks and leverage cloud-based data analysis to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
