Beijer Electronics, in collaboration with Shenzhen Linxi Machine-Electricity Co., Ltd., participated in the 67th China International Pharmaceutical Machinery Expo (CIPM) at Booth N2-94, delivering a three-day concentrated demonstration. The event gathered over 1,500 domestic and international companies, where Beijer Electronics attracted significant attention from pharmaceutical equipment manufacturers and end-user pharmaceutical companies with its advanced HMI solutions and digital control architecture.

At the exhibition, Beijer Electronics highlighted:
  • X3 Series Smart HMIs: Reliable and designed for high-demand pharmaceutical production environments
  • Compact Control Solutions based on IEC 61131-3 and compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11: Meeting international regulatory requirements
  • Web Visualization Mobile Access Solutions based on OPC UA: Supporting responsive layouts across machines, tablets, and smartphones
Using X3 HMI and WebIQ, Beijer Electronics demonstrated how to build fully compliant visualization systems from scratch with open web technologies (OPC-UA, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript), completely freeing users from legacy system constraints. The low-code development process provided many attendees with a first-hand experience of rapid, compliant visualization.

Several engineering managers from pharmaceutical companies noted that Beijer Electronics’ solutions can significantly shorten equipment validation cycles while providing a low-risk path for future production line upgrades. This further strengthens Beijer Electronics’ brand recognition in the pharmaceutical industry’s digital transformation.

As Chinese manufacturing rapidly aligns with advanced international regulations, data integrity has become non-negotiable. The CIPM event in Qingdao allowed Beijer Electronics to better understand customer pain points and validated the stability of the X3 series in demanding pharmaceutical production environments.

Looking ahead, Beijer Electronics will continue to implement its strategy of “Enabled by hardware. Leading by software”, converting on-site feedback into actionable project solutions, helping customers achieve greater production transparency with lower validation costs, and providing a sustainable digital upgrade path for the pharmaceutical industry.
