Interroll Australia Earns EcoVadis Platinum Sustainability Medal
Interroll Australia announces it has earned the coveted EcoVadis Platinum Medal for sustainability excellence.

EcoVadis is a globally trusted provider of business sustainability ratings with a network of more than 130,000 rated companies. Their methodology is based on international sustainability standards set forth by prestigious institutions such as the United Nations, International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
"This is truly an honor," says Mr. Pat Cieri, Managing Director of Interroll Australia. “Our corporate purpose statement is, ‘We make material handling sustainable, simple and enjoyable,’ and this is evidence of our efforts.”
The platinum sustainability rating puts Interroll Australia in the top 1% of all rated companies. This marks the second consecutive year they have achieved that feat.
“Winning the award twice is not by accident,” adds Pat. “Sustainability is not something you do once and forget it. It’s a lifelong commitment. Our employees have embraced the challenge and we’re so proud of what we have accomplished, but we know we can do even better.”
Part of their efforts can be seen in their new Australian headquarters. A state-of-the-art solar energy installation reduces their carbon footprint and, at times, generates surplus energy. Creating more power than what they consume is an outcome every company should strive to achieve.
