The initial operational facility, located in Hrazdan, Armenia, was delivered in just over six months. The implementation plan outlines scaling the Armenian site to deploy more than 70,000 NVIDIA Rubin and Blackwell GPUs across 300 megawatts of infrastructure capacity by the end of 2027.
The facility provides compute resources for domestic developers, startups, universities, and public institutions, while serving early AI-native enterprise customers such as Perplexity for its AI agent platform and answer engine.
